QUICK FAQS

Q: Do you work on commission?
A: Appraisal fees based on valuation are unethical. Following USPAP, our fees are preset by the job or hourly.

Q: Do I need an appraisal?
A: You do if you're buying or selling, insuring or making a claim, probating a will, settling a divorce or other litigation -- i.e., if you need an estimate you can rely on.

Q: How long is my appraisal valid?
A: Market conditions are always changing, so important appraisals should be scheduled for review every 2-5 years.
